FBI special agent charged with sexually assaulting 2 women

FBI Special Agent Eduardo Valdivia, 40, has been arrested in Montgomery County, Maryland, and faces 10 charges, including two counts of second-degree rape. In 2020, he was charged with attempted murder following an off-duty shooting on a Metro train. Security footage captured the incident, but a jury acquitted him in 2022.
