Flames seen under Frontier Airlines flight as it makes hard landing in Las Vegas

A Frontier Airlines flight, Flight 1326, arriving from San Diego, experienced a "hard landing" at Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas on Saturday afternoon. Shortly before touching down, smoke was reported in the cockpit, prompting the pilots to declare an emergency. As the plane landed, its tires blew out, causing visible flames to ignite beneath the aircraft. Video footage captured the moment, showing flames and a trail of smoke from the aircraft after it came to a stop. The aircraft was carrying 190 passengers and seven crew members. Fortunately, no injuries were reported, and all individuals on board were safely transported to the gate. The Clark County Fire Department quickly responded to the scene, ensuring the situation was under control. Frontier Airlines stated, "The cause of the incident is currently under investigation," while a ground stop was imposed at the airport. The FAA and the NTSB are are both investigating the incident.
