More Than 70 Percent Of Democrat Voters Don’t Know Kamala’s Policy Positions
SUMMARY
A new poll from the Media Research Center reveals that over 70% of Democrat voters are unaware of Kamala Harris's policy positions, despite her being the Democratic presidential nominee. The survey, conducted among 1,200 registered Democrats and Independents who voted for Joe Biden in 2020, showed that on ten key aspects of Harris’s public record, between 71% and 86% of respondents had either not heard of her positions or were unsure. For instance, 78% were unaware that Harris supported a fund that bailed out violent protesters during the 2020 riots, and 74% didn't know she wanted to decriminalize illegal border crossings. The findings suggest a significant gap in media coverage, with most respondents getting their news from major outlets like ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, and MSNBC. The Media Research Center criticized these outlets for failing to report on Harris’s more radical positions.
