Rep. Nancy Mace Defeats GOP Challenger Backed by McCarthy Allies

Rep. Nancy Mace of South Carolina successfully defended her seat in a Republican primary against challenger Catherine Templeton. Mace's victory comes after a challenging period during which she joined other GOP members in removing former Speaker Kevin McCarthy.
