Reports: Biden’s DHS Freed Illegal Aliens into U.S. Who are Now Accused of Murdering Jocelyn Nungaray

SUMMARY
Two Venezuelan aliens, Johan Jose Martinez-Rangel and Franklin Pena, accused of murdering 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray in Houston, Texas, were released into the U.S. by President Biden's DHS after crossing the southern border. Martinez-Rangel was apprehended near El Paso, Texas, by Border Patrol agents and released the same day with a Notice to Appear before an immigration judge. Pena was similarly apprehended and released just 20 days before the murder. On June 17th, they allegedly killed Jocelyn under a bridge after leaving a convenience store with her. Both are in Harris County Jail with $1 million bail requests. ICE issued detainers for their custody if released.
