Texas authorities have encountered alarming cases of unaccompanied children abandoned by smugglers, including a crying 10-year-old boy and a 2-year-old girl holding a note with contact information. On one day, officials found 211 illegals, including 60 unaccompanied children and several individuals from Mali and Angola.
