According to the feds, the Milwaukee County judge helped an illegal alien — previously deported and wanted by ICE — slip out of her courthouse undetected. The 65-year-old judge is accused of secretly ushering Mexican national Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, who faced battery charges, through a restricted back exit after learning ICE agents were waiting outside with a warrant. Flores-Ruiz had no legal record of reentry into the U.S. after his 2013 deportation. Court records say Dugan became visibly angry when shown the warrant and redirected agents while quietly sneaking Flores-Ruiz through a door normally reserved for in-custody defendants. The prosecutor handling the case wasn’t even informed — and the victims were left in the courtroom without justice. FBI Director Kash Patel called it a dangerous stunt.
