Caravan of 2,000 migrants race to the U.S. before 2024 election... worried about what the winner might do
SUMMARY
A caravan of around 2,000 illegals is making its way from Mexico's southern border toward the United States, driven by concerns over potential shifts in U.S. immigration policies following the 2024 presidential election. The group, which consists of illegal aliens from Venezuela and other Latin American countries, departed from Tapachula, a city near Mexico’s border with Guatemala, heading north through Mexico in hopes of reaching the U.S. before November 5th. With just two weeks left until the election, the illegals are anxiously moving toward the U.S. southern border. The caravan is moving through Mexico’s Chiapas state, with plans to follow established migrant routes toward key crossing points like Tijuana, Ciudad Juárez, and Matamoros. Many of those in the caravan are concerned that both Kamala Harris and Donald Trump have vowed to tighten border security if elected, with Trump promising a return to hardline policies like mass deportations and increased enforcement.
